POST LICENSING
Renewing Your Real Estate License For The First Time?
The Florida Real Estate Commission rules require anyone with a Sale Associate license to complete 45 hours of Post-License education prior to their first license renewal deadline. There is no grace period, and failing to take a Post-License course before the deadline will result in your license being null and void. Don’t procrastinate and put your license at risk.

Steps to Obtain Your Florida Real Estate License.

Pass a State Approved Pre-license Course.
You must score a 70% or better on the class exam. Our courses are approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. We are State-approved!

Obtain your fingerprints.
The State requires fingerprints to be completed by a Livescan provider. We partner with a provider who will come to the school and provide fingerprint service to our students.

Submit Your Application to Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
To apply, you must be 18 years old, answer questions about your background, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and have a valid social security number.

Pass the State Exam with a score of 75% or better.

Refunds and Class Changes
You may switch the class to a different class up to six months and there are no refunds only able to switch to a different class.
Cancelations
IV league school of real estate reserves the right to cancel classes. In this instance, you can switch to another class (for the total amount of your payment) the student may opt to transfer their registration to a different class within 6 months of the original course date.
